Considered as one of the most beautiful destinations in Eastern Arunachal Pradesh, Dibang Valley Districts offer a lots of trek routes. Near Roing, which is the headquarter of Lower Dibang Valley has an unique trekking route for discovering an Idu-Mishmi tribal Village, Elopa Village.

Day 1: Dibrugarh Airport or Tinsukia  Railway station to Dibru-Saikhowa NP

Our tour representative will welcome you at the Dibrugarh Airport or Tinsukia  Railway station and transfer to Guijan, in the threshold of to Dibru-Saikhowa NP on the river Dibru river. Remaining time is free for you.

Dibru-Saikhowa NP is the riverine National Park situated in Tinsukia district of Eastern Assam. It houses around 450 species of Birds ands above 35 species of Mammals.

Overnight in tents or Cottage.

Day 2: Dibru-Saikhowa NP to  Roing (5 to 6 Hours drive)

Post breakfast move to Roing. On the way we will cross the Lohit river at Dhola ferry point and reach Roing. Roing is the headquarter of Lower Dibang valley of Arunachal Pradesh. Evening is free.
Overnight stay at Shelly lake guest house or traditional bamboo house or tent in Roing.

Day 3: Roing to Old Elopa Idu-Mishmi Village

From this day we will start trek for Idu-Mishimi Tribal Village which is the dominating tribes of Lower Dibang Valley.  During this trek, our accommodation will be at Tent or any home stay in the village. Trek will be around 4 hours (Depends). Overnight.

Day 4: At Elopa Village

Whole day walk around Elopa Village. Interact with local peoples and other sightseeing. Heighest altitude is 3,400 feet msl. Overnight.

Day 5: Old Elopa Village to Nizam Ghat

This we will trek to Nizam Ghat. From Nizam Ghat area the plains of Assam starts. It is mainly flood plains area and full of grassland.


Day 6: Nizam Ghat to Roing

This day we will return to Roing on walk. By late faternoon, reach Roing and overnight.

Day 7: Roing to Tinsukia via Parshuram Kund

On this day, post breakfast we will move back to Tinsukia via Parshuram Kund. Stop at Lohit View Point and have a Birds eye view of Lohit river.

By evening reach Tinsukia and overnight.

Day 8: To Dibrugarh Airport

This day as per flight schedule, move to Dibrugarh Airport or Tinsukia Railway station for onward journey.
